Payment and group-buy terms

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock or authorise a payment. ICE will provide a final CAD quote showing the products, quantities, applicable taxes, fees, pickup/delivery arrangements and group confirmation deadline before asking you to authorise payment.

提交詢價唔會預留貨品或授權付款。ICE 會先提供最終加元報價，列明商品、數量、適用稅款、費用、取貨／配送安排及成團確認期限，再請你授權付款。

You can choose to save your card securely with Stripe for this order. Joining the group does not charge your card. For new quotes, after ICE confirms the group, you press Confirm & Pay to authorise the displayed final amount. Saving a card or accepting a quote does not authorise a background charge. Earlier explicitly accepted one-order authorisations retain their original terms. A saved card does not guarantee payment will succeed. Any revised amount needs a new authorisation.

信用卡由 Stripe 安全處理。參團時唔會扣款。新報價在成團後由你按「確認並付款」授權支付所示最終金額。綁卡或接受報價唔會授權背景扣款。以往明確接受嘅單次訂單授權保留原有條款。儲卡唔代表扣款一定成功；如金額改動，需要重新同意。

You can withdraw through your payment page before group confirmation. If a group is cancelled or expires before confirmation, this order will not be charged. After confirmation, contact ICE about cancellation. ICE will review the order and supply arrangements with you before deciding any cancellation or refund; no blanket cancellation or refund of other customers' orders is automatic.

成團確認前，可於付款頁退出。成團前取消或到期嘅團組唔會扣款。成團後如需取消，請聯絡 ICE；我哋會核對訂單及供應安排再處理，唔會自動取消或退款其他客人嘅訂單。

If payment fails or your bank requires verification, ICE will email you and keep the order on hold. Sign in through My account to complete payment. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled. A refund notice is sent only after Stripe confirms successful processing; bank posting can take additional time.

付款失敗或需要銀行驗證時，我哋會寄電郵通知，訂單暫待處理。請經會員頁登入完成付款，未付款訂單唔會交付。退款只會喺 Stripe 確認處理成功後發出通知，銀行入帳可能需要額外時間。

Privacy disclosure

ICE uses your account and contact details, enquiries, final quotes, authorisations and payment-status records to manage your orders, provide support, send necessary transactional emails and prevent duplicate or unauthorised payments. Authorised ICE staff can access relevant order records.

ICE 使用會員及聯絡資料、詢價、最終報價、授權及付款狀態記錄，以處理訂單、提供支援、寄送必要通知，以及避免重複或未經授權嘅付款。只有獲授權 ICE 職員可以存取相關訂單資料。

Card details are entered directly into Stripe-hosted payment fields or Checkout. ICE's application stores Stripe references and may store card brand, last four digits and expiry; it does not store full card numbers or security codes. Do not send card details in enquiry notes or email.

信用卡資料直接輸入 Stripe 付款表格或 Checkout。ICE 系統儲存 Stripe 參考編號，可能包括卡品牌、最後四位數字及到期日，唔會儲存完整卡號或安全碼。請勿喺詢價備註或電郵提供信用卡資料。

The service uses Google Firebase for member and order records, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments and Gmail for transactional email. These providers may process data outside Canada. Product images are loaded from the supplier's Shopify CDN. Your draft selection is stored in your browser; submitting it sends the enquiry to ICE.

網站使用 Google Firebase 管理會員及訂單、Vercel 寄存、Stripe 付款、Gmail 寄送交易通知。服務供應商可能於加拿大境外處理資料。商品圖片載自供應商嘅 Shopify CDN。未提交嘅選購草稿儲存喺瀏覽器；提交後詢價會傳送畀 ICE。

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact icefoods.canada@gmail.com. ICE may need to retain records needed to complete transactions, resolve issues or meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Removing a browser draft does not delete an already submitted enquiry or completed payment record.

如需查閱、更正、刪除資料或提出私隱查詢，請聯絡 icefoods.canada@gmail.com。完成交易、處理爭議或適用記錄保存要求所需嘅資料，可能仍需要保留。清除瀏覽器草稿唔會刪除已提交詢價或已完成付款記錄。

ICE counts product impressions, product clicks and add-to-box actions in aggregate to improve the catalogue. These events do not include your identity, address or search text. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this optional tracking. A rotating hashed network key is used to limit abuse.

ICE 以匯總方式記錄產品曝光、點擊及加入購物箱次數，用於改善目錄。事件不包含身份、地址或搜尋字眼。瀏覽器 Do Not Track 及 Global Privacy Control 會停用此選擇性統計；系統使用定期更換的網絡雜湊值限制濫用。
